This year is my first as a university student, something which I consider to be a huge ego boost, and all round awesome-thing. University really is a huge step up from school, not only with regards to work load and the difficulty of said work load, but also socially. It took me about a week to get to know everyone doing the same course as me, and they're all (mostly) really nice people, and I like them. Which is good I suppose, considering I'll be spending the next 4 years studying with them.
That being said, now for a rant on the workload:
OMFG WHAT THE FUCK, HOW CAN THE WORK SERIOUSLY BE THIS HARD ONE YEAR OUT OF SCHOOL?!?!?!!!?11
...It really is quite hard. But needless to say (so I'll say it anyway) I'm enjoying myself, which is what, I suppose, counts. (Apart from not failing EVERYTHING)
Oh yeah, if you didn't know, I'm studying Pharmacy at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Fun.
So, apart from university, there's nothing else really going on. I don't get time for much nowadays, apart from occasionally getting to the gym, and playing airsoft on saturdays. Airsoft, if you don't know, is basically war games. Players use scale bb gun replicas of real guns (i.e Sig 552, M4, etc) and play out different scenarios and all that. It's really quite fun, though the bullets hurt for a while.
Anyway, that's about it, nothing else to report.

But the way that we think?
We live, and ultimately, we die.
